Manage or cancel Pocket Plus

Bought in the iPhone app: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pocket. Bought on the web: open Pocket on the web, then Settings, Membership.

Restore a purchase

On a new iPhone, open Pocket, go to Settings, Subscription, and tap Restore purchases.

A bank stopped syncing

Banks ask you to renew access every few months. Open Accounts in Pocket and reconnect the bank that shows a warning.

Delete your account

Open Settings and choose Delete account. You'll see what gets deleted, then sign in once more to confirm it's you. If you can't sign in, email hello@joinpocket.app from the address on your account.
