What Pocket is

Pocket helps you see and plan your money: it reads your bank accounts, categorises transactions, forecasts your balance and lets you plan with a partner. Forecasts and suggestions are estimates to help you decide; they are not financial advice.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Pocket. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. If you share a household with a partner, they can see the data the household shares.

Bank connections

Bank connections are provided by Salt Edge, a licensed account information provider. Access is read only. You can remove a connection in Pocket or withdraw consent at your bank at any time. Banks sometimes delay or change data; we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

Pocket Plus

• Pocket Plus is an optional subscription: €8.99 a month or €59.99 a year, including VAT. Prices can differ by country and are always shown before you buy.
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple bills you: manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, it is sold and billed by Link (Stripe): manage or cancel it in Pocket on the web, in Settings, Membership.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For web purchases, contact hello@joinpocket.app.

Using Pocket fairly

Do not misuse Pocket: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's data, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Pocket for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Changes and ending

We may change Pocket or these terms. For important changes we will tell you in advance in the app or by email. You can stop using Pocket and delete your account whenever you like.

Liability

We work hard to keep Pocket accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error free. We are not liable for decisions you make based on Pocket's figures, except where the law does not allow us to limit our liability.

App Store

If you downloaded Pocket from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Pocket or its support.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Croatian law, without taking away the protection you have under the law of the country you live in. Questions: hello@joinpocket.app.
